How you Play Tossit
The original Tossit game is very simple and you can learn it in less than 1 minute. It is based on the French game Pétanque which is very similar to the Italian game Bocce. As we like to say here in USA, it plays more like cornhole but with darts instead of bean bags.
The OG Tossit game is designed to be played with 2 or more players:
Rule 1
Oldest Player Tosses Black Dart First To Start 🏁
This game is for 2 or more players. Each player gets 3 or more darts and then they pick a smooth surface approximately 7-10 in front of them as the play area.
Oldest player throws the black 'jack' dart first and tries to land it in your target area. If they miss, the other player throws and so on until someone lands. This can take several tries if the surface is a difficult or if you just suck ;)
Rule 2
Players Take Turns Tossing & Score Points By Landing Closest To Black Dart ⚔️
The player that landed the jack dart first then throws one of their colored Tossit darts with the aim of landing it as close to the black dart as they can.
Each player throws quickly one after the other until each player has thrown the same amount of darts and is out of darts.
Do NOT rethrow if your dart doesn't land.
Rule 3
Player Who Landed closest to Black Dart wins that Round & Cancels Opponents' Points 🥇
Whichever player landed closer to the black jack dart - after all players have thrown allf of their darts - wins that round and gets +1 added to their total score for every dart they landed. The scoring is cancellation scoring - just like corn hole.
This means that whoever landed closer to the black 'jack' dart then that player gets all the points for that round and the other player gets 0. Sorry loser. This leads to very exciting round finales where players tend to steal the lead at the last second.
Special Scoring

+2 Points | The Kiss 👩🏻❤️💋👨🏻
If a player lands a dart that touches or "kisses" another dart that's stuck - even if it's the opposing players' dart - that player scores an extra +2 points to their score that round. This extra point is only added if that same player won the round and the dart must stay up or stuck for at least 3 seconds to count.

+ 3 Points | Le French Kiss 🇫🇷
If a player sticks a dart that 'embraces' or wraps around another dart by the stem, you score +3 points. It'll look like they're hugging. Again, you only score these extra points if you won the round and got a dart closer to the black dart. It must wrap around the other dart for at least 3 seconds to count toward your score.

+3 Points and +1 For Every Dart landed | The Jackiss 🫏
If a player kisses or touches the black 'jack' dart they get +3 points at the end of the round if they win. They also get +1 for every dart they landed or stuck - regardless of whether it was closer than an opponents' darts.

+9 Points and reset other players' score | Jumpover 🦘
If a player succeeds to land a dart on top of another dart, they'll score +9 points at the end of the round and reset all of opponents' scores back down to zero. This is a devastating move and very hard to pull off. Good luck.

WIN AUTOMATICALLY | Jackover 🏆
When a player lands a dart on the top of the jack dart, they win the game automatically. That's it. It's a jack over. The other players must also immediately kneel and call them "daddy or mommy" for the rest of the day. This is very hard to do! +1 Point & MORE | Jackquake 🌋
When a player knocks down the black jack dart and manages to stick their dart at the same time, they get +1 points and an additional +1 for any dart they landed even if the opponent has darts closer than theirs. It also immediately ends the round.

+2 POINTS & ROUND OVER | JACKOFF 💦
Yeah. The name is a little innapropriate. Kids have the internet don't they! If the black jack dart falls off from its spot during a round, the team closest to to the jack dart before before the fall scores +1 point and it also immediately ends the round.

+1 POINT & ROUND OVER | JACK-0 🤡
If there is a lonely black jack dart left on the playing field and neither player has managed to land a dart before they run out. That's a jack-o. That means whoever landed the jack gets +1 point and both of you should move on with your lives... to the next round.
Rule 4
Pick Up Your Darts & Keep Repeating Rounds Until Winner Reaches 13 Points 🏆
The winner of the previous round starts the next round by throwing the black dart in your cleared play area.
Keep repeating rounds until one player reaches 13 points and you have a winner! That's it. You've now played a game of TOSSIT. This means that you have bragging rights forever if you win and the loser has to do chores for a week and scrub the toilet EXTRA shiny and like rub the winner's stinky feet. Show them this sentence so they know the stakes of their losing.
