I. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment
All orders placed through the www.tossitusa.com known from here on out as the Website are subject to review and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
II. Processing Times & Delays
Processing times vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific shipping or delivery date, and all timeframes provided are estimates only.
Orders may be delayed due to restocking, backorders, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers acknowledge and agree that such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation unless otherwise required by applicable law.
III. Shipping & Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped FOB Origin. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once we deliver the package to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused after the package has been accepted by the carrier. Any claims for lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the carrier.
IV. Non-Delivery & Address Issues
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees.
At our discretion, we may choose to issue a refund (minus shipping costs) instead of attempting a reshipment.
V. Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers may request changes or cancellations prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations can be made.
We may, at our sole discretion, cancel an order before shipment and issue a refund if fulfillment becomes impractical or impossible.
VI. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders or backorders. These items will ship once they become available. Estimated availability dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
