Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes โ any order over $26 ships free. Under $26 we charge a flat $8, no matter how many darts you cram in the cart.
Free shipping applies to orders going to US addresses.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders leave our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. Most go out within 1โ2 business days.
Processing time moves around with order volume and stock, so we don't promise a specific ship date. If something is running behind, we'd rather tell you than guess โ just reach out. Full details live in our shipping policy.
How long does delivery take?
We ship mostly through USPS to keep our costs low and your costs low. That generally puts delivery at 3โ14 business days once the package leaves the warehouse.
That window is transit time, not counting the day or two we spend packing it.
Where's my tracking number?
Relax โ we email tracking to the address you gave us at checkout, once payment clears and the order reaches the warehouse for shipment.
Check your promotions and spam folders first. That's where it hides about nine times out of ten. Still nothing after 3 business days? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
Do you ship outside the United States?
tossitusa.com ships to US addresses only.
If you're in Canada, order from tossit.ca. In Mexico, order from tossitmex. Same darts, local shipping, no customs surprises.
Tracking says delivered, but I never got it.
First, the boring stuff that solves most of these: check around the property, by the garage, with anyone else in the house, and with your neighbors. USPS also scans packages as delivered slightly early now and then โ give it one more day.
If it's genuinely gone, the claim goes to the carrier. All orders ship FOB Origin, which means title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the package to USPS, so a lost or stolen package after that point is a carrier claim. File a Missing Mail search at usps.com and they'll investigate.
Message us with your order number and we'll send you every detail you need for the claim. The specifics are in our shipping policy.
I entered the wrong shipping address.
Tell us before it ships and we'll fix it for free. Contact us with your order number and the corrected address.
If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, reshipping is at your cost. We can also refund the order minus shipping if you'd rather not try again.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as fast as you can. Before the order is processed for shipping, changes and cancellations are usually no problem.
Once it's been processed we can't guarantee we'll catch it in time โ at that point a return is the cleaner path.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
The item has to come back unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Read the full terms in our refund policy.
How do I start a return?
Message us through the contact page with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send back a return shipping label and instructions.
Items shipped back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted. One quick message saves everybody the headache.
Who pays for return shipping?
Returns come with a flat shipping label fee plus a 3% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
If the return is our fault โ damaged, defective, or the wrong item โ that's on us. See the next question.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved you're automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, let us know.
My order arrived damaged, wrong, or incomplete.
Don't start a standard return โ contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Damaged, defective and wrong-item orders get evaluated and sorted out directly, and you won't pay return fees for our mistake. Same goes if a dart or a piece is missing from the box.
Do you do exchanges?
The fastest way to get the colors you actually want is to return the original and place a new order.
Start the return, and once it's accepted your refund comes back on your original payment method. Your replacement ships on its own timeline instead of waiting on the return to land.
Sticking & Surfaces
What surfaces do TOSSIT darts stick to?
Any smooth, non-porous surface. That covers a lot more of your house than you'd think:
- Windows, glass doors and mirrors
- Gloss and semi-gloss painted drywall
- Tile, laminate and sealed countertops
- Sealed hardwood, vinyl and laminate floors
- Interior doors, the fridge, tabletops
- Every TOSSIT poster and board
And, yes, bald heads. People ask.
What surfaces won't work?
Textured and porous surfaces. A suction cup needs something flat to seal against, and these don't give it one:
- Orange-peel or knockdown textured drywall
- Popcorn ceilings
- Flat, matte or chalk paint
- Brick, stucco, concrete
- Raw or unfinished wood
- Fabric, carpet, upholstery
If your walls are textured, don't write TOSSIT off โ grab a poster or a board. They give you a perfect throwing surface on any wall, and they roll up when you're done.
My darts stopped sticking. How do I fix them?
Almost every time, it's dust or oil on the suction cup โ not a worn-out dart. The silicone doesn't degrade; it just gets dirty. Two minutes fixes it:
- Wash the darts in warm soapy water, scrubbing the inside of the cup with your thumb, or run them through the dishwasher on the top rack. Full washing instructions are under The Darts below.
- Wipe the target surface with a damp cloth and let it dry. Dust on the wall kills grip just as fast as dust on the cup.
- Throw again. A cup that's slightly damp grips better than one that's dry and dusty.
Two other things worth knowing: cold surfaces hold less well until the silicone warms up, and grit is the real enemy โ a dart that lands in sand or dirt needs a wash before it'll stick again.
Will TOSSIT damage my walls, paint or windows?
No. There are no sharp tips, no holes and no divots โ that's the entire point. Suction cups leave nothing behind on a smooth surface, which is why you can hang a game in the living room without redecorating afterward.
Our posters mount with reusable wall tape that pulls off clean and leaves no residue. We include extra pieces so you can move a poster to another room.
Can I play outside?
Yes, anywhere you've got a smooth surface โ sliding glass doors, garage windows, a truck tailgate at a tailgate.
Two cautions: keep the darts out of sand and dirt, which is the fastest way to lose suction, and keep posters dry โ they're printed on specialty paper and won't survive a soaking.
The Darts
What are TOSSIT darts made of?
100% food-grade silicone, with zero plastic โ a fact we're pretty proud of. No off-gassing, no nasty chemicals, nothing that turns brittle in a year.
They're dishwasher safe and close to indestructible. They hold up to kids, dogs, cats and most natural disasters.
What ages is TOSSIT for?
Safe for ages 3 and up. Soft silicone, no sharp points, nothing to poke an eye out.
It works as hand-eye coordination practice for little kids and as a tailgate game for adults, which is a range not many games manage.
How do I wash and care for the darts?
Wash them often. Silicone doesn't wear out โ but a suction cup with a film of dust and skin oil on it stops sealing, and that's what people mistake for a worn-out dart. Two minutes of washing brings them back.
In the dishwasher: top rack, any normal cycle. The silicone handles the heat and the detergent without any trouble. Load them cup side up so water drains out instead of pooling inside.
By hand: warm water and a drop of dish soap. Rub the inside of the cup with your thumb โ that's where the film actually builds up, and rinsing alone won't shift it. Then rinse clean.
Drying: let them dry fully before they go back in the bag. A cup that's still slightly damp when you throw it actually grips better, so there's no need to towel them bone dry for play โ just don't store them wet.
How often: every few weeks with regular play. Immediately if they've been outside, landed in sand or dirt, or picked up pet hair. Grit is the single fastest way to kill suction.
What to keep away from them: no bleach, solvents, or abrasive scrubbers โ the thin outer rim of the cup is the part that does the sealing, and scratching it is the one kind of damage these darts can't shrug off. Keep oils, lotions and furniture polish off both the darts and the wall you're throwing at.
How is this different from regular suction-cup darts?
Ours are half an inch longer and heavier, so they fly farther and land straighter. They're silicone rather than cheap plastic, so they last instead of cracking.
And right now they're priced at over 40% off while we clear the Las Vegas warehouse for new products.
Playing The Game
How many games can I actually play?
21 different game modes, from the classic toss to cornhole, tic-tac-toe, target games and the chore game that tricks your kids into doing chores.
Several of them work solo, too โ good for practice, better for procrastinating.
All of them are written up on our game rules page.
How does the basic game work?
It plays like a mix of cornhole and darts. Throw the black jack dart about 10 feet out. Then each player throws their colored darts, trying to land closer to the jack than their opponent. You score a point for every dart you land closer than theirs.
Ten feet is the standard line. Move it in for younger kids and push it back when everyone gets too good.
There's more to it โ kissing another dart, landing on top of one โ and it's all on the rules page.
Do I need a board or a poster to play?
No. The base game needs a smooth surface and the black jack dart, and that's it.
Boards and posters unlock the extra modes โ cornhole, target, tic-tac-toe, the chore game โ and they give you a permanent spot to play if your walls are textured.
How do I throw so it sticks every time?
It's mostly about landing the cup flat instead of on its edge. We put the whole technique, with clips, on our how to throw page.
Orders, Packs & Wholesale
Which pack should I buy?
Go by how many people are playing:
- Starter Pack โ 1โ2 players. The place most people start.
- Expansion Pack โ adds 1 more player, 3 darts, 7 colors to pick from.
- Family Pack โ 4 players, 13 darts.
- Party Pack โ 8 players, for when things get out of hand.
You can always add players later โ that is exactly what expansion packs are for, and each one comes in a new color so nobody argues about whose dart is whose.
Add a poster or board to any of them to unlock more game modes. See everything here.
When will sold-out packs be back?
Head to the product page and sign up for a restock notification โ you'll get an email the moment it's back, before we announce it anywhere else.
